This package is perfect for those who are confident in the planning process and booking your key vendors but need that extra nudge in bringing your vision to life. Our expertise lie in the design and uniqueness of one's event and we want to ensure we are creating something completely catered to your personality.

Our custom event planning package is perfect for events 50 people or less, providing a comprehensive event planning experience without exceeding your budget. We specialize in tailoring every detail to your event needs, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable event.

La Pura Process

01. COFFEE TALK

This is our introductory stage where we start building the foundation of not only your event, but our relationship together. Here I find your likes, dislikes, personality, aesthetic, and how this pertains to your intended event. I treat this initial conversation just like a job interview. I want to make sure my client is comfortable talking to me, inviting me into their life to create such an amazing experience for them.

02. CREATE

With my knowledge and experience in aesthetics, industry trends, and your vision and ideas... I get to work. Pinterest is our guide to help curate ideas, themes, concepts, and the like to aid in the creation of the overall design concept of your event. With thorough review and feedback, my plan for your event will be finalized and allow the creating to begin!

03. fINALIZE DETAiLS

Each package will look a little different from the next, but the details remain the same. After working closely on the nitty gritty aspects of your event, we will have our final meeting to finalize your event details from start to finish. Last minute changes, questions, or concerns will be answered to ensure everyone is on the same page for event day.

04. LET’S PARTY

It's here! And better yet, so am I! Planning is the easy part, but executing is where all the magic happens. Watch closely as our months of careful curation unravel as your day begins and ends. Our promise to you is that each event we plan and create is with grace, elegance, sophistication and of course, fun!

  • It's simple - event planners are professionals at planning. My individualized approach to your event and planning process is to ensure than your event is seamless from start to finish. Taking every possible measure with grace and elegance, while completely transforming your event vision into a reality. What some people don't realize is that event planner are more than just planners; I am your friend, your advocate, your negotiator, your confidant, your problem-solver, you doer and go-to, and probably a million other things too. It is my goal to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way.

  • As I always say, "expect the unexpected." Sounds crazy, right? You're probably thinking, “that is the exact opposite of what events are: structured and heavily organized”... Until the unexpected happens. That's when I say, "There is so much beauty and joy in the unexpected." While events can go absolutely perfect, there's obstacles that can occur along the way. I pride myself in being an avid problem-solver for my clients. I like to think of it like having a plan A), B), C), D), and so on...to ensure that if and when a problem arises, I'm there to tackle it head on.

    When working with me, you will never to have to doubt, stress or try and finesse anything on your event day. I'll be the glue that holds everything (and everyone) together!

  • Once you've decided you couldn't have your special day without me (wink, wink), I send you an invoice via email with detailed information regarding which package you have chosen, price structure, any package add-ons, and a payment timeline. You first payment is due at signing of your planning contract, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at this time. This is to ensure that we are locked in, in planning the event of your dreams!

  • Boutique-Style Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Bachelorettes, Fundraisers, Engagement Parties, Graduation Parties and more!

  • 100% yes! It is so important to establish a budget for any event. With each planning service, I ask my clients what their pre-determined budget expectations are, what their event priorities will be (i.e. florals, catering, beverage, music, decor), and how they want to rank those. Having a clear and concise understanding of what is important to my clients, I will construct a thorough budget analysis with room for feedback and to make any changes necessary.

  • As much as you want to be! Communication, transparency, and collaboration are how we are going to make this event happen. Throughout the entire planning process I will regularly update you, provide options, and seek your approval before finalizing any major decisions. I always respect any and all client feedback, be as critical or as detailed as possible. At the end of the day, it is YOUR event and it is my job to ensure it is exactly how you want it to be!

  • Absolutely! I have established an amazing network of industry professionals who are incredibly talented at what they do. Based on your event requirements and preferences, I will provide you with a list of trusted vendor options to choose from.

    If you have vendors in mind, I'd love to chat with them as well! The beauty of this industry is growing and knowing others who equally, if not more, LOVE events just as much as you do. We're all just a bunch of creators who can't wait to share their passions with you and with others!

  • It's best to secure your planning service as early as possible to ensure availability for your date. I recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for larger events or during peak event seasons.

  • Upon booking, I will send a detailed PDF document with your service agreement. Outlined here, you will find the cancellation and rescheduling policies. As always, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and I work closely with my clients to discuss mutually agreeable solutions in such situations.
